Shipping Policy

SECTION 1 - SHIPPING TERMS

Full payment is required before any merchandise is shipped. Orders will not be processed or delivered until payment has been received in full. Established accounts must settle payment within 5 days of the invoice date to maintain account standing.

SECTION 2 - OWNERSHIP AND RISK OF LOSS

Ownership of goods transfers to the purchaser once the transportation company provides a signed pickup receipt. At this point, the risk of loss also shifts to the purchaser.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND INSURANCE

Shipments are sent uninsured unless the customer specifically requests insurance coverage. Once goods leave Latnet Technologies Ltd. premises, the customer is responsible for ensuring adequate insurance coverage. Rental equipment must also be insured against risks by the customer.

SECTION 4 - SHIPPING CLAIMS AND DAMAGES

All shipments must be inspected immediately upon receipt for any damage or discrepancies. Any visible or concealed damage must be reported immediately to the carrier, and a damage report should be filed. Claims for shortages or errors in shipment must be made within 7 days of receipt to ensure timely resolution.

SECTION 5 - ASSISTANCE WITH CLAIMS

In the event of loss or damage during transit, the consignee is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. Latnet Technologies Ltd. will provide necessary documentation and support to assist with any claims.

SECTION 6 - PRICING AND DELIVERY

All prices are quoted as F.O.B. (Free On Board) from the nearest Latnet Technologies Ltd. warehouse, which delineates the point of pricing and transfer of ownership.

SECTION 7 - LIABILITY & EXCLUSIONS

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Latnet Technologies Ltd.’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the products sold. Under no circumstances shall Latnet Technologies Ltd. be liable for:

  • Third-party claims for damages against the customer.

  • Malfunctions, delays, interruptions of service, or loss of business.

  • Exemplary, consequential, or incidental damages, whether or not Latnet Technologies Ltd. has been made aware of the possibility of such claims.
